In part it reads “...offers a unique opportunity to critically evaluate the structure of governance, regulation and service delivery in and for Northland. We should not be restricted in our thinking.”
It seems our Minister has taken these sentiments to heart. For now, not only are we seeing changes in the structure of local goverment, he is talking of changing the 2002 local body act that local government operate under....a recipe for paralysis one would believe for quite some time.
